Simplismart Raises $14M Series B Backed by NVIDIA to Cut AI Costs
Bengaluru AI infrastructure startup Simplismart has raised $14 million in a Series B led by Dallas Venture Capital, with NVIDIA and Accel joining.

Bengaluru-based AI infrastructure startup Simplismart has raised $14 million in a Series B round led by Dallas Venture Capital, with participation from NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax. The round was reported on 28 October 2026.
Helping companies run AI for less
Founded in 2022 by Amritanshu Jain and Devansh Ghatak, Simplismart builds software that helps businesses deploy, run and scale AI models while lowering the computing costs involved. As companies move generative AI from pilots into production, the cost of serving models has become a major line item, and that is the problem Simplismart targets.
Its customers include video-creation platform InVideo, AI avatar company HeyGen and enterprise AI firm Ema. The company says its annual revenue run rate has grown 14 times over the past six months.
US expansion on the agenda
Simplismart plans to use the new capital to expand in the United States and other international markets, grow its team and build out its platform.
NVIDIA’s participation is notable: having the chipmaker on the cap table gives Simplismart a close link to the hardware its software runs on.
